Don't Look Back In Anger lands in cinemas and IMAX this September

The long-rumoured Steven Knight documentary finally gets a release window — and it's coming to the big screen first.

The great wait is over. BAFTA-winning filmmaker Steven Knight's feature-length documentary charting the band's return will hit cinemas and IMAX in September before streaming later in the year.

Expect archive footage from the Definitely Maybe era, unseen tour rehearsals from Manchester, and — if the trailer is anything to go by — a lot of moody helicopter shots of Heaton Park at dusk.

Tickets for the theatrical run go on sale via participating chains next month. We'll drop a full list of UK screenings the moment they're confirmed.
