This page is maintained by the Morning Glory Fan Collective to explain what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the services connected to it, such as ticketing and merch orders.

Account details: email address, password hash and any display name you choose.
Order information: items purchased, billing/shipping address, payment confirmation and order history.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and cookies that help the site function.
Communications: emails or support messages you send us.
Resale seller data: if you list tickets for sale, the proof of purchase or ticket files you upload (stored privately and only visible to our admin team) and the bank details we need to pay you.

To process and deliver tickets and merchandise orders.
To send order confirmations, dispatch updates and event reminders.
To keep your account secure and respond to support requests.
To review fan resale listings, verify ticket ownership and pay sellers after the event.
To improve the website and understand how fans use it.

We use trusted third-party services for payments, hosting, email delivery and analytics. We only share the minimum data needed for each service to do its job. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and regular platform security updates. Payment details are handled directly by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
