Terms of Service
This page is maintained by the Morning Glory Fan Collective to explain the rules that apply when you use this unofficial Oasis Fan Site. It is not legal advice and does not create any binding contract with the band, their management or any venue.
1. Who we are
Morning Glory is an unofficial, fan-run website. We are not affiliated with Oasis, their record label, management, touring agency or any concert venue. All trademarks, logos and artist names belong to their respective owners.
2. Using the site
You must be 18 or over to make a purchase, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when signing up, buying tickets or placing a merch order. Do not use this site for fraudulent purposes, resale bots, or anything that could harm other fans or the service.
3. Ticket sales
Tickets sold through this site are offered on behalf of fan-organised events and third-party promoters. We do not guarantee admission if a venue cancels, postpones, or changes capacity. All ticket sales are subject to the event's own terms, age restrictions and door policies. Maximum ticket limits per person may apply.
4. Merchandise
Product descriptions, images and sizes are provided as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Where items are made to order or limited run, estimated dispatch times are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock or mispriced.
5. Fan-to-fan ticket resale
How it works: Members can list spare tickets for sale through their members area. Every listing must include proof of purchase or the tickets themselves, and is reviewed and approved by our team before it appears on the site. We may reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
Sellers: You confirm that you legally own the tickets, that they have not been listed or sold elsewhere, and that the details you provide (event, section, row, quantity and price) are accurate. You must not list more than 6 tickets per listing. Listing tickets you do not hold, or supplying invalid or duplicated tickets, is fraud and may be reported.
Our fee and payouts: We charge a 10% admin fee on the sale price. Sellers are paid the remaining 90% to the bank details on their account, normally 5 days after the event has taken place, provided there are no issues with the tickets or a buyer dispute. We may withhold or reverse a payout while a dispute is being investigated.
Buyers: Resale tickets are sold by other fans, not by us. We verify proof of purchase before approving a listing but we act as a marketplace and cannot guarantee venue admission. If a resale ticket turns out to be invalid, contact us and we will refund you and withhold the seller's payout.
Bank details: Payout details are stored securely and are only visible to you and our admin team for the purpose of paying you.
6. Accounts and data
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one that was live when you completed your purchase. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@oasismorningglory.com.
